CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a smooth scheduling process, all new clients are required to book online and provide a valid card on file to secure their appointment. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. I completely understand that emergencies happen—just let me know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments. • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service cost. • No-shows (no communication prior to your appointment) will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost.
